In my team, we developed a strategy that created a personalized, wellness-driven customer experience that connects with luxury travelers by offering a localized wellness service. Our approach introduced a wellness consultant service at The Ritz-Carlton Spa that creates customizable wellness drinks and services. We want to highlight different destinations through traditional and culturally significant ingredients and services. We hope that this "Rooted in Wellness" experience at The Ritz-Carlton Spa will connect guests at an emotional and experiential level.
ANTHROPOLOGIE | PRODUCT CREATION

Working alongside my team, we developed "Amanda," a color matching technology for Anthropologie. "Amanda" works as your personal stylist, color matching expert, outfit of the day keeper, and perosonal hype woman. With the campaign, "Your Palette Perfected," we hope to have developed an idea that will help shoppers buy outfits that are best suited for them!
