UNDER ONE ROOF

Under One Roof creates an engaging + experiential visit to the Cayce, South Carolina area. Not only is this structure a place for theatrical presentations, it is also a place where people can cultivate + communicate their love of the arts with one another. The glass facade allows for a beautiful view of the outdoor event space, all overlooking the city of Cayce. Inside the building, visitors can explore an open-concept lobby area for congregating, an exhibit space for artwork, a black box theater, classrooms, and studio spaces. The exterior provides easy access to the town of Cayce and a path to the outdoor amphitheater and the Cayce Riverwalk. The center provides visitors with opportunities to create, experience, and engage with the surrounding site, all under one roof.
